★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia en la sucursal valle alto lleve 3 pares de tenis marca lacoste el lunes pasado me dijo el señor que me atendio que pasara por ellos el jueves y que seria cierta cantidad de dinero, llegue ese dia y me atendio una señora diciendo que no estaban listos y que les faltaba mas cosas por hacer para que quedaran bien y aumento el costo me dieron fecha de recojer de 5 dias mas.
El dia que tendria que recogerlos me hablan y me dicen que tardara un dia mas.
Se me hace muy poco profesional el no tener las cosas en el tiempo que dicen y subir el costo ya que duraron con ellos 10 dias para que quedaran listos aparte no blanquearon las suelas como prometen solo las pintan.
Very bad experience in the high valley branch carry 3 pairs of lacoste brand tennis last Monday the man told me he took care of me to go through them on Thursday and that it would be a certain amount of money, that day arrived and I was attended by a lady saying no They were ready and they needed more things to do to make them look good and increase the cost they gave me a pick up date of 5 more days.
The day I would have to pick them up they talk to me and they tell me that it will take one more day.
It makes me very unprofessional not to have things in the time they say and raise the cost since they lasted with them 10 days to be ready apart they did not bleach the soles as they promise they only paint them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve 5 pares , un excelente servicio , quedaron como si los viera sacado de la caja, la prueba de fuego fueron unos tennis blancos en los cuales se mancharon de pozole y quedaron perfectos!
I took 5 pairs, an excellent service, they were as if I saw them taken out of the box, the acid test was some white tennis shoes in which they were stained with pozole and they were perfect!
