It is a unique and picturesque hotel with a very good location, right in the center. The staff is very attentive and warm and their spa treatments are second to none. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación estaba súper agusto. La ambientación esta muy cuidada. Tiene Wifi gratuito. El servicio muy bueno. Lo recomiendo bastante. Cuando regrese lo volveré a agendar. El único problema fue que el agua caliente se terminó muy rápido. De ahí en más. Todo perfecto.
The location is unbeatable. The room was super comfortable. The setting is very careful. It has free Wifi. Very good service I recommend it a lot. When I return I'll schedule again. The only problem was that the hot water was finished very fast. From then on. All perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar con mucha personalidad y pintoresco, cerca de la catedral, con servicio de spa y masajes, personal amable y buena limpieza. El único detalle es que cierran sus puertas a media noche. Así que si tienen contemplado llegar después de esta hora le pueden pedir el número del celular del que se queda en las noches para que les abra, o tocar el timbre hasta que alguien despierte y les abra. De lo demás quede encantada de la estancia.
A place with a lot of personality and picturesque, near the cathedral, with spa and massage service, friendly staff and good cleaning. The only detail is that they close their doors at midnight. So if you have contemplated arriving after this time you can ask for the cell phone number of the person who stays at night to open them, or ring the bell until someone wakes up and opens them. Otherwise be delighted of the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "spa" is really small. I had my nails done with gel and they were ok. I had to tell the lady to get the cuticle (?), apparently a manicure for them means just painting the nails. Same with the pedicure. Really mediocre. I wouldn't go back.
