A once in a lifetime experience learning how to make Mayan drinks and eat specialized historic meals from all parts of the region. The hosts were fantastic and the views were even better.

My husband and I came on our honeymoon and the Traveler’s Table was recommended to us! It was amazing! From hotel pick up to the experience and drop off. The Cancun adventures experience was amazing and I would highly recommend this! Our team of Terry, Chef Edgar, Lapp, Caen, Fabian and Edi were amazing. They guided us throughout the whole experience and my husband and I enjoyed every aspect of it. The food was amazing and the location beautiful! The rock soup was my favorite!

I had the best time at this event! The food was fantastic, the history was amazing to listen to, and the location was so beautiful! The only thing that is a little sad, is that I gave my email address to receive the recipes and still haven’t gotten them. Lol small issue but I would recommend this to anyone!

Such an amazing experience! The host, Terry, and Chef Edgar & staff were awesome. The ambiance and scenery were incredible. We were warmly welcomed and greeted with sparkling wine and some time to enjoy the beautiful views. The meal was incredible! We loved all of the courses and it is defintely an experience. Plan to spend the evening eating and drinking. We loved getting to make a cocktail and learning about the history of Mayan foods. The Rock Soup was so fun and so delicious. The wine pairings with food were scrumptious and we loved the Tequila and Mezcal tasting. We would have loved to get a bottle of Tequila to take home. It was SO good. This was one of the best highlights of our trip! The experience was worth the time and money. Thank you so much and SO happy we discovered this during our trip. And thanks for helping the sea turtles! Cherry on top! ?

The Traveler's Table experience was exceptional! Guide Terry and Chef Edgar delivered a night full of laughs, delectable wines, sumptuous tastings of decedant foods, and wven went so far as to quench our thirst for knowledge with an informative overview of the origins and evolutions of the local cuisine. The ambience was romantic and charming. This was an amazing date night!

This was my birthday dinner, so I wanted to something special, and we were not disappointed! From the welcome champagne on the beach for sunset to the special birthday dessert everything was amazing. Terry was a wonderful host, Chef Edgar's creations were inventive and delicious, and Pablo and David were attentive servers. Loved the whole experience. I am gluten free and they were so accommodating. We would absolutely go again next time we are in the area!

Chef Edgar and Guide Terry prepare a veritable feast for your senses. The ocean breeze wafts over you as you dig your toes into the soft sands of the floor. Terry adds meaning and fun to the food which is prepared to the highest standards by Chef Edgar and presented in an eye pleasing manner. The savories are paired excellently with accompanying wines and the smells waft up from your dish. The hands on approach to the cocktail is interesting and fun! The wait staff is professional and fast. I say "come to your senses!" and enjoy this diamond on the Mexican Riviera!

We had the best experience at Travelers Table! Our guide, Terry, was thoughtful, kind, engaging and funny. He made it such an incredible experience for my group. On top of that the food by Chef Edgar was out of this world. So many unique flavors and tastes. We loved learning about the history of Mayan food culture and the influences through the years. The setting is beautiful but just be ware that you are deep in the jungle so the roads getting there are unpaved and bumpy. Totally worth the trip in tho!
