I was very impressed with how organized and informative the tour was and highly recommend it. First we were picked up in a 70’s VW Beetle Bus that was in pristine condition. Our guide , Alphonso , was charming , interesting and raised in Mexico City . He is also an architect and was able to give us detailed background information of the city and it’s buildings . We took the Luis Barragan full day tour and the time flew by. I feel lucky to have found them. I look forward to returning to Mexico City and going on one of the other amazing tours they offer .

We did the Barragán group tour, north itinerary, with Martin and Hector and had a fantastic time. It was the ideal way to get access to, travel between, and completely see the sites on the tour. Martin’s knowledge was deep and relevant. He allowed us a great deal of time to experience the works, and we never felt rushed. He provided excellent background information and pointed out numerous details. Hector was a great driver and he got us around everywhere efficiently and smoothly. The Barragán work itself is beyond description. It exceeded all expectations and just had to be seen and experienced. The day flew by; we can’t recommend the tour highly enough. Bonus: the dogs at Cuadra San Cristóbal are very friendly and provide a nice sense of canine scale for photographs.

Surprised my fiancé with a half-day architecture tour of The Satellite Towers & Cuadra San Cristóbal for his birthday. We both loved it! The guide Martin was so warm and knowledgeable, and, the driver was just as friendly and safe navigating in the beautiful antique VW Bus. Plus, the team was able to get us tickets to tour the Luis Barragán House and Studio after hours for a special exhibition. Thank you to Nicolas for all the help with booking his surprise!

This operation ruined our wedding; they handle event booking for the Cuadras San Cristobal, and after speaking on the phone to Nicolas and writing a letter, he called us back and said that the owners and his company would be thrilled to host our wedding at the property. He told us they would like to meet us in person on the 21st or 22nd of November and that we should fly down to meet her (just a few days after our call) and we immediately booked travel to Mexico City. We landed here on the 20th and thing started to get weird— we had trouble getting in touch with anyone from this company. They entirely ignored us for two days and then sent us a message that said the owner had changed her mind because of “noise concerns.” This company is a scam and I wouldn’t trust them with anything not even a simple tour.

Our tour of Barragán’s Satellite Towers and Cuadra San Cristóbal Tour was a highlight of our September trip to Mexico City. While pricey, the excursion gives participants access to a private home that might be Barragán’s masterpiece. Alfonso, our guide and an architect himself, was passionate, knowledgeable, and approachable. And we loved the chic notebooks left for each participant in the vintage VW van. Highly recommend this splurge!
