La señora que nos atendió hoy 15 de junio al rededor de las 12:45pm es muy prepotente y no sabe dar soluciones.
El día de ayer se hicieron dos compras mismas que no entregaron ticket de ambas, de ellas un producto salio defectuoso y hoy se regreso a hacer el cambio, sin embargo se negaron rotundamente exigiendo un ticket que jamas entregaron. Ante ambas situaciones no fueron capaces de dar solución al problema mas que repetir muestreme el ticket y explicar situaciones que competen meramente a la empresa y no al cliente. Optamos por cuenta propia a tomar un ejemplar en buen estado y entregar el otro dañado mostrándolo a cámara por cualquier situación pues se negaron a proporcionarnos información de como tener comunicación con su gerente; y para finalizar se despidieron con un "ojalá que no vuelvan" cosa que dudo que el gerente este de acuerdo (obviamente no regresaremos al lugar).

Yesterday they made two purchases that did not deliver a ticket of both, a product came out defective and today they returned to make the change, however they refused categorically demanding a ticket that they never delivered. In both situations they were not able to solve the problem but to repeat the ticket and explain situations that are purely for the company and not the client. We opted on our own to take a copy in good condition and deliver the other damaged showing it to camera for any situation because they refused to provide information on how to communicate with their manager; and finally they said goodbye with an "I hope they do not return" which I doubt the manager will agree (obviously we will not return to the place).
