★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colin and Rob (and Margarita the puppy) are fantastic hosts. We greatly enjoyed their weekly Friday reception / get together. We will be returning there again in a few months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took guests to the Victoria for breakfast this morning. Charming hosts, lovely setting, attentive service, perfectly poached eggs. On our way out we browsed through the eclectic, hand picked selection of gift ware in the foyer. Altogether a delightful experience. We will be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family did theTequila Tour they arrange. We had a super time. The guide was knowledgeable and had a good sense
of humour. A really interesting tour and tasting experience. Excellent value and a great way to spend the day. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not stay at this hotel but took the tequila tour they host. It was a small group and the day was perfectly organized. We went to a small family run tequila distillery and learn much about the process as well as had taste of almost 15 different types. Met nice people and the cost was more than a bargain.. was half the cost of other tours I looked into! Also, I highly recommend you book early there are only 12 people per tour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not stay at the Victoria, but just returned from an eight night trip to Mazatlan, sponsored by the Victoria. It was a wonderful trip. Our outings ranged from 3- 8 people. We visited Stone Island twice. We went dancing one night. The restaurant foods were very good with great service. We chose our hotel from several that were suggested and it had large, clean rooms with a very helpful staff. I would definitely do it again. Thank you, Rob and Victoria Ajijic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very noisy with jazz playing in the court yard blending in with the karaoke from the bar next door. They also have a beautiful dog with a very loud bark throughout the day, pretty scary for our pets. Then 6 am you wake to breakfast prep, if you like to sleep this isn't the place.
Cabinets full of enough dirty dishes to throw a good sized party but not really anything to cook with.
They blamed me for them breaking a key in the door because we left thinking we could come back through the front door with a key. I was taken back when Brian told me I should have assumed the front door didn't work when they took me in through the back door. Somehow this meant I was a difficult customer that couldn't follow directions, at that price the front door should work.
Otherwise it's a nice location near everything & it's a beautiful large room in need of a deep cleaning.
