★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay. Large rooms with kitchenette. Friendly people all round.
People are going out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one, especially José Martin at Reception. Speak fluent english!
Nice area with all the commodities around. Buy your Telcel sim at the Oxxo next door!
To the South Africans....they have a Braai (Barbecue) for use at pool area. Braaivleis smell drives the next door Hotel's residents mad!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give this place “0” stars for the rude staff sitting at the front desk. I stopped by about an hour ago to get information about the hotel for an event I’m having next year. Two guys were at the front desk. The guy who I directed the inquiry to looked like a deer in headlights and basically ignored me by not answering or looking at me. The second guy answered. He said the hotel caters to white-collared/executives only. Not once did he make eye contact either and didn’t offer any other information about the hotel. I never saw anything about this hotel catering to “ejecutivos” only. Our event would also be catering to said clientele but the staff essentially turned us away. Guess I’ll be going across the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with a nice view , clean rooms and very curious staff . Some rooms have a mini kitchen and microwave also available oh and a mini fridge also . My room had a double burner electric stove .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website and booking sites clearly state that they “Do Not Accept Pets but Service Animals Are Welcome”. I was refused lodging because I had a Service animal with me. I would of never booked it in the first place if they didn’t allow service animals. The front desk told me that they don’t allow that service…..and thier rooms weren’t set up for an animal….for what ever reason that means. Very misleading so decided to take my business elsewhere.
