Patrick es un excelente anfitrión y Wendell una persona muy amable también. Ambos siempre con una sonrisa y con la mejor actitud. La alberca fue prácticamente privada,de muy buen tamaño y limpia. La podía utilizar a cualquier hora. El desayuno delicioso, ligero pero siempre con una excelente presentación y mezcla de sabores. La conexión a internet de lujo, nunca falló, y el aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente. La habitación limpia y con todos los aditamentos para cuidarnos en esta pandemia como gel y sanitizante. Si vas de tour, Patrick se levanta temprano y prepara el desayuno para que no te vayas en ayunas, lo que hace una gran diferencia con los grandes hoteles, pues aquí la atención es totalmente personalizada. Recomendable al 100 si visitas Mérida y quieres hospedarte en una casa lujosa, de buen gusto y prácticamente privada.
I booked 4 nights at this hotel and they really made me feel at home. I wanted something more private due to the pandemic and chose to stay here. Patrick is an excellent host and Wendell a very kind person as well. Both always with a smile and with the best attitude. The pool was practically private, a very good size, and clean. He could use it at any time. Delicious breakfast, light but always with an excellent presentation and mixture of flavors. The luxurious internet connection never failed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room is clean and with all the accessories to take care of ourselves in this pandemic such as gel and sanitizer. If you go on a tour, Patrick gets up early and prepares breakfast so that you don't leave on an empty stomach, which makes a big difference with the big hotels, because here the attention is totally personalized. 100% recommended if you visit Mérida and want to stay in a luxurious, tasteful and practically private house.
