★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is beautiful! Some of the amenities have been run down, specifically the lounge area near the pool. The grill doesn't seem to work and done if the water faucets. The water feature has slowly been covered by the dune in the middle and hasn't run in years, like a decade it seems. But the houses are beautiful, very short, 5 min walk to the beach, perfect for a getaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to enjoy Rocky Point craziness but want to come to a nice quiet place Iike home then this is the spot. Its away from the city but not too far. There is a small store about 7mins away. The community has a pool and a sand volleyball court. Spacious rooms and restrooms down stairs and upstairs. Very quiet at night to relax and sleep. The beach is not far from the home. You can either walk or drive n park next to the beach on a dirt road. Super quiet as well kind if like your own private beach. The house is also pet friendly!!!!
