Lo más relevante es su personal, las chicas que atienden son súper amables y profesionales, tienen una vibra increíble y siempre mantienen todo ordenado y limpio.
Utilizan guantes y mascarilla (cubrebocas).
Me explicaron a detalle los procedimientos realizados, me transmitieron mucha confianza.
Sin duda regreso y recomiendo el lugar.
Es bueno tener un lugar de este tipo en Toluca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poco profesionales, no preparan la piel antes de la depilación, me provocaron moretones, dejan residuos de cera y no limpian ni colocan nada después de. Sin mencionar que mientras una de ellas me realizaba depilación de bikini, la otra estaba también dentro de cabina chismeando sobre qué decirle a una clienta que no estaba conforme con el servicio. CERO RESPETO NI PRIVACIDAD.
Very unprofessional, they don't prepare the skin before waxing, they bruised me, they leave wax residue and they don't clean or put anything after. Not to mention that while one of them was giving me a bikini wax, the other was also inside the cabin gossiping about what to say to a client who was not satisfied with the service. ZERO RESPECT OR PRIVACY.
