★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del grupo Grupo West México forma parte también Pharma Tab en esta empresa las condiciones en el ambiente de trabajo son deplorables, los trabajadores padecen jornadas de trabajo y rotación de turnos que exceden lo establecido en la Ley Federal de Trabajo que crean interferencia en la relación trabajo-familia. Existe un liderazgo negativo por parte de jefes de área y directivos incluyendo recursos humanos han creado mafias de intereses personales en donde solamente algunos trabajadores y trabajadoras tienen preferencias especiales porque son los que jalan a la parranda a tomar el trago con "los jefes" estos vicios arraigados de directivos crean un ambiente laboral nocivo para la empresa, por eso la constante rotación de trabajadores no aguantan tanta injusticia,. Existe también discriminación en el área de cocina comedor con el servicio de alimentos, el menú de 1a. exclusivo para jefes y otros privilegiados, alimentos de 2a. y sobras para los demás. A todo lo anterior lo podríamos definir en un concepto de violencia laboral, hostigamiento laboral, aunado a salarios exageradamente austeros se podría pensar en explotación del trabajador. Hace falta una distribución adecuada de cargas de trabajo con jornadas laborales regulares. Y principalmente cambio de mandos directivos en las diferentes áreas para erradicar las mafias creadas.
