★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying at the Westin was an unexpected pleasure. We were looking for a hotel where we would feel safe during the pandemic, centrally located with reliable internet and decent food if we stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised as we had never stayed there previously and were very happy with the hotel staff’s friendliness and support. We even had staff that spoke English which was a nice plus. This was very helpful when we had questions or were ordering meals. Since we needed to work remotely as well the internet was critical to our stay. We used the high speed plan and it was reliable with good performance. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was especially nice. Would recommend staying here for sure if you come and visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb hotel to stay at if staying in Guadalajara. They have rooms that are up to date with nice tvs cold AC and the shower is phenomenal. The gym is nice and has a variety of equipment to use. I would highly recommend coming and it's next to a convention center and centrally located to several shopping and bars and restaurants. If you don't want to leave the premises the hotel offers a great breakfast and dinner at their own restaurant and the bartender at the downstairs bar is awesome! Definitely coming back and definitely enjoying my stay always

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Its quiet at night .Close to plaza del sol and many locations. Negative: Broken iron.room not so clean.pillows not comfortable. Got upgraded with free breakfast included,but still got charged by staff .Bar only open at night..1 restaurant only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff, and the room given failed the cleanliness they describe to provide during these new covid regulations. To add insult, I was charged twice! Once in Pesos when I booked the room and the second time (in dollar) on my credit card they had registered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay in Guadalajara! Staff was very friendly. Nice, small gym. Starbucks inside. Valet parking. Comfortable bed and beautiful view from the upper floors! Would stay here again next time in Guadalajara.

The breakfast was delicious and most staff members spoke English well and were what to help translate and direct to tourist attractions. The are was great for walking but a little congested for driving but that could have just been the time of day. Everything and everyone were attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful hotel. The location is so-so with a Hilton property right next door. Ordered room service and was happy they actually had room service and wasn’t using COVID as an excuse. Room looked amazingly clean and fresh and the food and drink from room service was 5-star and very tasty. Will definitely be back!
