★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to have a business breakfast so I will talk just about the restaurant. The food quality is just average, nothing out of this world. What most caught my attention was the bad service. The waiter came and brought me some coffee, but just that, not a single stevia or splenda packet, nor a cream packet or sugar or anything, not even a coffee spoon and the waiter disappeared. By the time I managed to ask him for this coffee supplements the coffee was already cold. Then I ordered a machaca with eggs and the result was the same, he brought the dish and the cutlery and nothing else, not hot sauce or anything. So extremely bad service. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ugh so we booked this hotel because it was inside a mall and had one of the highest prices, so we honestly thought was going to be impeccable; however, it is a big disappointment. Even a cheap hotel will include a bigger bottle of water as well as q-tips, cottons, had shower or some additional stuff, but not this hotel, I mean I am glad I always bring my own shampoo and conditioner because this place only gives you soap. There is nothing inside the mini fridge and the receptionist did not know anything. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A PARKING LOT. Honestly for the same cost or cheaper I would stayed in live aqua again. My husband and I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay at The Westin Punto Valle was amazing! The staff was very attentive and so courteous.
The hotel was very clean, and they followed all safety guidelines to the tee. Upon arrival they checked your temperature and had a shoe disinfectant mat at the entrance and hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel.
To add to the great facility and helpful staff, the hotel is also conveniently located in one of Monterrey’s safest neighborhoods located a top of one the nicest malls in town. There is many great restaurants options in the area and things to do.... One place that you have to visit is the steak house located to the right of the entrance “Holsteins San Pedro” the food and service is Amazing as well!

The bartender, Edgar, was amazing to chat with while having a drink & made the visit quite more enjoyable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Westin hotel at Monterrey Valle was an excellent experience. It is in an extremely nice location of the city! The customer service at the front desk, room service, bar and spa were very attentive and the staff members were super friendly. All of the amenities are brand new and the room had an amazing view of Monterrey. I recommend this hotel and the spa on the property to anyone who wants an amazing experience in Monterrey, Mexico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best Westin location I've stayed in. Amazing bang for buck when booking with points. Their English was good, and super accommodating.
They gave me a suite upgrade and free dessert surprise as a gold elite member. Teh suites are def worth considering paying for because of the view and nice room layout. They also have special events on the roof top bar on Thursdays.
