★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love love love this property. I am originally from Mexico city and this is my place to go when I want to pamper myself. Also if you are a visitor doing business this is a great hotel to stay at or a weekend with your family getaway. The rooms are big and spacious and sooo comfortable. PETS ARE WELCOME AND PAMPERED. Food is great and please try the brunch! The smell is something I looked for everyday while walking on the halls and last but not least THE FRIENDLIEST AND MOST HELPFUL STAFF EVER. By my third day everyone knew my name and was happy to help. Thank you Gustavo, Jessie, Miguel, Gerardo, Ricardo and all the front desk team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Westin Santa Fe’s was very clean cozy. Professional staff. Miss Ana and Mr Castro arranged that our 4 rooms were close together which facilitated helping the babies who traveled with us. The breakfast was excellent. Kudos to all the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most comfortable bed ever of my 21 days in CDMX !! The room was huge with great views and the breakfast had a good variety. The dinner was not so great, although the carrot almond soup was delicious, I had to return my main as the salmon wasn't in good state. But the stuff very attentive delivered wonderful service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Very nice hotel in Santa Fe, mostly attended by business people.
The breakfast is really good and the staff really friendly. The gym is good , not amazing really but it’s ok. If you are in Santa Fe I would say this is the best option you have.
A big plus, In these days of COVID you can test in the hotel for your flight (Antigen and PCR) - around 800MX , razonable rate -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude concierge/tall sullen receptionist. He basically told me to be quiet when I complained about going back and forward between the reception and the restaurant. For water. Poorly trained restaurant staff. The waiter came to my room with the do not disturb sign, to demand payment. The concierge had told me I could settle my bill at the end of my stay. The room temperatures are far from accurate. The manager was kind enough to help but it was still the worst stay of my life. What’s the point of having Gold Elite status?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the spa last Thursday and it was not an enjoyable experience. We had a massage and a facial. The employees are not experienced and we left more stressed than relaxed. I wouldn’t recommend their spa services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although my time at the hotel was very short many months ago I had a very positive and memorable experience. Thank you for the kind welcome at the hotel Jessie from the moment I walked in until leaving. I love the rooftop breakfast and lounge area and look forward to coming back for a longer visit this year next time I am in Santa Fe.
