Era, un buen lugar para mis gustos, desafortunadamente, el personal que labora actualmente, deja mucho que desear, al parecer sienten que nos hacen un favor al atender, cuando la propina que se les deja era un poco más del 10% que se acostumbra.
En esta ocasión, sirvieron solo la parte final de las alitas en 4 servicios que se les solicitó, argumentando que su proveedor no les había surtido las alas completas.
Algo que no es creíble, puesto que en otras mesas llevaban alas completas.
Es lamentable que siento una franquicia, la calidad de atención del personal no sea la adecuada.
Posterior a que se hizo la observación, de inmediato a los 10 minutos, llevaron 2 órdenes adicionales en compensación por la falta del producto completo, pero, si, hay un pero, lo hicieron de mala gana, casi aventando los platos.
En fin, era un lugar al que acostumbramos a ir, pero con este trato, decidimos eliminarlo de nuestros lugares frecuentes. ? El consumo promedio por visita era de $400 a $600.
Por eso baja la calificación de las estrellas de 5 a 3

Well the buffet is good but it's supposed to be 2 hours and they only gave us an hour and a half and the best ones were the habanero pineapple ones and please they should make the spicier sauces especially the habanero ones
