Superbes visites, Richard et vraiment concerné par l'écosystème de la Riviera Maya. Il connaît tout l'environnement, il prends soin de nous, j'ai voyagé avec un groupe d amis et c était génial! Il nous a fait rire tout le long de cette fabuleuse journée. La visite des cennotes était juste superbe et la sortie snorjelling a Tulum était magique. On a passe un super moment. Il a où nous guide et s'occupe de nous également certains jours ou 'ous sommes restés dans le coin!! Je recommande vraiment !!??

Just returned from Mexico January 4th and while there we did our second tour with Richard and Adriana- we were there in 2017 and did a tour with them that was nothing short of excellent, so when we decided to go back to Mexico in December 2018 we of course booked a tour with them again. We had some friends with us this trip that had never seen the ruins, so we pretty much booked the same tour with one change at the end of the day. Even though my husband and I had done the tour before - we still learned new and different information. It is like getting a tour from your good friend that lives in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. I can't say enough good things about them and their tours, from the time they pick you up till drop off you will be entertained and educated, you won't be disappointed.

Treated like beloved family members. First things first: Should you spend your time and money with xtramile - YES. OK; that's out of the way. Now, let's talk about why. Richard and Adrianna will treat you like beloved family members and friends. They are warm, funny and passionate about the area and what they do. They want you to absolutely fall head over heels in love with Mexico. This shines through in every moment, every interaction, every word. They will pamper your kids and genuinely connect on a personal level with the adults. Adrianna's mom will spoil you with homemade cake. Even before we set out on our adventure, and I mean immediately after booking it, Richard was in contact with me. He wanted to know me and my family so he and Adrianna could tailor a trip to our desires. The weather (specifically the seas) didn't cooperate, so on-the-fly they came up with an amazing Plan B (travel by van). If the trip by van was amazing, the boat must've been spiritual. They did other special things for us as well, but I don't want to give away all their secrets. I'll just say, these two have hearts of pure gold. We have two kids (10, 16) and they were so well taken care of. Adrianna personally helped our kids while swimming in the Cenote. Richard got the kids into a soccer match with locals on the beach in Tulum. Both kids enjoyed chatting with Richard and Adrianna. When we got back to the US, both kids said that the trip was great, but their time with xtramile was memorable. My wife and I told everyone who'd listen about xtramile. We glowed about the personalized experience, the catering/pampering, the amazing treks into Tulum the Lagoon and the Cenote. We spoke of Richard and Adrianna so personally that we were asked if we had family in Mexico -- I honestly feel like I could've said "Yes; Richard and Adrianna". This won't be an excursion; this will be a life-enhancing experience to experience the Mexico through the eyes of locals who love their place and want to share its secrets with you.
