The Yacht Experiences - 77733 Puerto Aventuras

I booked the Catamaran boat which fit a max capacity of 15 people. I asked if I can be accommodated at a 2pm start time as advertised on the website the day of my trip. I was told that I couldn’t because someone else was currently on the boat and they were returning at 2pm so I wouldn’t be able to start earlier. That wasn’t an issue. But when I arrived at 3pm I was informed that the Catamaran boat was broken and I was being “upgraded”. I was given the van Dutch 40 instead. I would like to highlight all the reasons why this was an unsatisfactory experience and why the service provided was unacceptable. 1. If the catamaran boat that I booked did in fact break down I should’ve been contacted immediately and given all my available options, a refund being an option. 2. The max capacity for the van Dutch is only 8 people and I booked a boat with a max capacity of 15. So if this was an upgrade I should’ve been offered a yacht larger than what I booked not smaller. 3. The amenities advertised for the catamaran I booked did not match the amenities offered with the Dutch 40. No paddle boards, fishing equipment and inflatable water toys was available only snorkeling equipment.

We do a yearly Riviera Maya friends trip and this is the ONLY place I will ever book our boating excursions through. I originally booked The Yacht Experiences through a third party and had no idea what/who to expect, and never again because I need a guarentee that this is the experience we will always recieve! The check in staff, boat crew, everyone treats you like royalty. They constantly brought us freshly prepared food every ~5 minutes as well as endless, custom drinks from their on-board open bar. If you are looking for a customized, small group friendly, and picture perfect boat trip without feeling like 'just another tourist'- this is it folks. Don't wait, BOOK!

What a great experience and time we had. Ines was always in communication until we got to the port. From there our crew was outstanding. Food and drinks were amazing. Our crew Manuel, Simon, Marilin and Chef were very attentive. We will definitely be back. Gracias Mexico por toda tu gente y maravillosos lugares!!

Our group had the most INCREDIBLE time, this was 100% the highlight of our trip to Tulum! The crew was beyond accommodating (Marco, Antonio, Sofia, Santiago, and Victor), the food and drinks were delicious, and the views were magnificent. I will absolutely book another trip with Yacht Experiences the next time I am in the Riviera Maya. Thank you again!!

10 person bachelorette and another company cancelled out trip last minute and we thought we were done for…. BUT YHE YATCH EXPERIENCE SAVED THE DAY. Same day they organised a catamaran with THE BEST HOST ever Edgar (he is amazing and so attentive and heaps of fun - ask for him if you can 1000/10 recommend - he made our experience one we will never forget). Secondly the food - Oh my gosh - our tour was last minute and it was chefs choice, we had the most amazing food from ceviche to fresh dip platters and tacos. We did a four hour tour with unlimited drinks and food - the alcoholic drinks were delightful. The boat hands and staff were quick and cared for our saftey. I can’t thank you enough for saving the day and giving the bride such a great experience.

Captain Alex, host Dany, Chef Ablmael, 1st mate Vicente and 2nd mate Maciel were all absolutely AMAZING!!! Chef Ablmael the food was soooooo sooooo DELICIOUS!!! The presentation was beautiful! The yacht was absolutely beautiful and everything was just PERFECT!! We never had an empty drink. Snorkeling at the reef was soooo cool including a beautiful blue colored stingray that came over to visit us. Everyone treated us like kings and queens, truly making us feel special! We can't wait to book another yacht tour when we are back!!! I highly recommend The Yacht experience!!!

RUN DON’T WALK & BOOK THEM! We had the most amazing experience. Their service was impeccable, Schubert delivered our food via paddle board and Ari took great care of us on board! The food was so delicious and the drinks were great!! Highly recommend this excursion!

Absolutely superb 5-Star service. This company and their team are amazing! The sailing was amazing, Boat was beautiful we rented the 43’ Azimut. The food blew us away such amazing presentation and incredible taste! They took us to a reef where we got a private tour and got to feed some sting rays. Honestly such an amazing experience! We originally booked and our hotel concierge sent us to the wrong marina (make sure they take you to Puerto Aventuras) and they were so understanding and accommodating to switch our reservation to the next day! I would book with Yacht Experiences again the next time I’m in Q.R. When doing your research, you can go ahead and stop now, this is the company to hire!
