★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, lleve mi consola Xbox One a reparación, según mis hijos el equipo se apaga solo cuando lo conectas a la luz. Ingresaron mi equipo el 14 de febrero de este año con número de nota 4863, según su diagnóstico el equipo su falla era el disco duro y la reparación serían $2,500 pesos. No los pague, recogí mi equipo muy mala experiencia, un robo total ya que el equipo lo conecte a una nueva fuente poder (cargador), y hasta la fecha el equipo sigue funcionando sin problema, su servicio, y su negocio en general es un robo total. No revisaron mis accesorios y me querían timar. No lo recomiendo, además en apoyo a los chicos les dejé 4 controles ya estaban en malas condiciones a revisión, me cobraban la reparación en $ 800 pesos por cada control lo cual decidimos hacer un cambio por uno de reparación, y este que nos dieron ya está en malas condiciones. No son personas honestas, y ya estoy considerando llevar el caso a PROFECO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y servicio! Llevé con cita previa mi PS4 a limpiar porque sufría de sobrecalentamiento y el ventilador sonaba demasiado y quedé muy satisfecho con el resultado. En el propio lugar me permitieron jugar para probar el rendimiento de la consola y el ventilador ya no sonaba tan fuerte y en ningún momento se volvió a sobrecalentar. Ahora que llevo varios días jugando no puedo más que agradecer por el mantenimiento y el servicio que ofrecen, muy recomendable.
Excellent care and service! I had my PS4 cleaned by appointment because it was overheating and the fan was too loud and I was very pleased with the result. On site they allowed me to play to test the performance of the console and the fan was no longer so loud and it never overheated again. Now that I've been playing for several days, I can only be grateful for the maintenance and service they offer, highly recommended.

Muy profesional absolutamente todo, lo recomiendo sin dudas como primera opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Nintendo Swich de mi hijo ya no cargaba y uno de los joycon se desconectaba, lo repararon y tengo 2 semanas usandolo con muy buena respuesta, no se de precios pero definitivo fue menos que si hubiera comprado uno nuevo. Estoy en Mazatlan , Sin. y un hermano lo llevo a sus instalaciones pero ellos se comunicaron conmigo y estaban siempre en comunicacion para cualquier aviso mediante WhatsApp, excelente servicio¡
My son's Nintendo Switch no longer charged and one of the joycons disconnected, they repaired it and I've been using it for 2 weeks with a very good response, I don't know about the prices but it was definitely less than if I had bought a new one. I am in Mazatlan, Sin. and a brother took him to their facilities but they contacted me and were always in communication for any notice through WhatsApp, excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio. En mi caso mandé por paquetería la consola y se le dió muy buen seguimiento de los avances que se tenían en el proceso. Recomendado para fallas de Switch (que fue mi caso) sobre todo si la falla es en electrónica. Recomendado si vives en en Toluca.
Very good service. In my case, I sent the console by parcel and it was given a very good follow-up of the progress made in the process. Recommended for Switch failures (which was my case) especially if the failure is in electronics. Recommended if you live in Toluca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio pésimo, no contestan rápido, tienes que estar mandando mensajes y no cumplen con lo que mandan en mensajes, ni el tiempo ni lo dicho en los mismos. Básicamente servicio nefasto.
Tu consola se la llevan sin saber a dónde, a la suerte, no se sabe si le quitan o ponen piezas que no. Reportan un problema que no te especifican, solo te dan el precio de la reparación. Me entregaron la consola y casualmente me presenta el problema que ellos me dijeron a la semana de regresarmela cuando había funcionado sin problemas con esa "falla" durante años.
Nada de seriedad, profesionalismo y no inspiran nada de confianza, busquen otro lugar.
Hace un par de meses que llevé mi consola ahí y mejor en otro lado me solucionaron.

Your console is taken without knowing where, to luck, it is not known if they remove or put parts that are not. They report a problem that they do not specify, they only give you the price of the repair. They gave me the console and coincidentally it presents me with the problem that they told me a week after returning it to me when it had worked without problems with that "fault" for years.
Nothing serious, professionalism and they do not inspire any confidence, look for another place.
A couple of months ago I took my console there and better somewhere else they solved me.
