Ils m'ont dit que comme j'étais tout seul, c'était compliqué pour avoir de l'eau chaude.. J'ai payé un service que je n'ai pas eu.
People are helpful and stay if the flights are late. A good point. The shower was cold and despite my messages asking them to fix it, no action on their part.
They told me that since I was all alone, it was difficult to get hot water. I paid for a service that I didn't get.
