★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, la persona de ventas muy atenta siempre y me dió la cotización del servicio muy bien explicado, me resolvió todas las dudas y me daba respuestas muy rápido, el servicio el día de la mudanza fue super profesional, mis cosas frágiles llegaron intactas, al igual que mi carro, ellos cubren muy bien todo los electrodomésticos, y ellos al llegar la mudanza al destino lo desempacan.
100% lo recomiendo.
Excellent service, the sales person was always very attentive and gave me the very well explained service quote, he solved all the doubts and gave me answers very quickly, the service on the day of the move was super professional, my fragile things arrived intact, Like my car, they cover all the electrical appliances very well, and when the move arrives at the destination they unpack it.
I 100% recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde junio /21 no me han entregado 2 muebles de recámara (cajoneras) que cruzarian desde Laredo, Texas donde se entregaron para su traslado. Dicen que no hay registro de entrega. Exijo un comprobante con firmas, pero aún no he podido contactar al Agente.. Y no ha leído mis mensajes. Si me llegó el comedor en perfectas condiciones. De los 2 archiveros metálicos y nuevos, uno llegó abollado notoriamente y en una gaveta había una escultura de bronce que desapareció tal vez en la aduana o no se donde. Escultura de unas 14 " de colección ahora ya agotadas.
Since June /21 they have not delivered 2 bedroom furniture (drawers) that would cross from Laredo, Texas where they were delivered for their transfer. They say there is no record of delivery. I demand a receipt with signatures, but I have not yet been able to contact the Agent. And he has not read my messages. If the dining room arrived in perfect condition. Of the 2 new metal filing cabinets, one arrived notoriously dented and in a drawer there was a bronze sculpture that perhaps disappeared at customs or I don't know where. Sculpture of about 14 " collection now sold out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved from Texas to Mexico. Was given different prices from the estimate to what I was charged at the last minute. Service was good , but paid an extra 1,000 dollars for insurance and they ruined quite a bit of my furniture and art work. They fixed what they could and didn’t ever reply back on my art work. Very expensive for what the service is.
I would not recommend them
