★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con una simple solicitud de cotización y explicación del producto para conocerlo que como cliente potencial que pretendi ser, me maltrató el Ing Mario Sanchez me hizo desistir. Por otro lado me parecio muy desagradable que me estuviera comentando cosas muy malas de otros clientes dandome nombres y apellidos.. Total falta de ética personal y profesional... Desconosco si el producto es bueno o no pero el servicio al hablar con el cliente es pesimo, de discriminación insultando a los yucatecos, de ventilar información confidencial al dar nombres de empresarios y hablar pestes de ellos y ademas al final comentar que su producto es el mejor y no necesita de ningun cliente
With a simple request for a quote and explanation of the product to know that as a potential client that I pretended to be, I was mistreated by Mr. Mario Sanchez and made me give up. On the other hand, I found it very unpleasant that he was telling me very bad things about other clients, giving me names and surnames. Total lack of personal and professional ethics ... I don't know if the product is good or not, but the service when talking to the client is pessimistic, of discrimination insulting the Yucatecans, of airing confidential information by giving names of businessmen and speaking pests about them and also at the end comment that their product is the best and does not need any client

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Pésimo servicio, tengo gotera donde me aplicaron el producto de supuesta garantía de por vida. Los productos de la tienda donde pusieron Thermohouse se mojan por esta gotera, tardan 2 semanas en darme respuesta después de estar casi suplicando para que nos atiendan y me dicen que en dos meses irán a hacerme valida la garantía! NO LOS RECOMIENDO. No cumplen con su palabra, dicen que te van a contactar y no lo hacen, hay que estar atrás de ellos.
Terrible service, I have a leak where they applied the product of the supposed lifetime warranty. The products from the store where they put Thermohouse are wet by this leak, it takes 2 weeks for them to give me an answer after being almost begging for service and they tell me that in two months they will validate my guarantee! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. They do not keep their word, they say they are going to contact you and they do not, you have to be behind them.
