★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente en esta locación es pésimo, me mandaron mal el pedido y tardaron muchos días para corregir y me trataron como si fuera mi culpa. Su manera de "resolver" es que te explican que nunca se hablan entre ellos, todo es x correo y que se tardan un día para cada paso del proceso, como que presumen su ineficiencia. Círculo vicioso su servicio al cliente.
 The customer service at this location is lousy, they sent me the wrong order and took many days to correct and treated me like it was my fault. Their way of "solving" is that they explain to you that they never speak to each other, everything is x mail and that it takes a day for each step of the process, as if they presume their inefficiency. Vicious circle your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La máquina es una maravilla, pero el servicio al cliente es una absoluta pesadilla. En persona te atienden relativamente bien pero el seguimiento es pésimo, casi que tienes que volver a ir para que te hagan caso. Ellos cometieron un error, me trataron mal y todavía se tardaron casi una semana para resover algo pequeño. Si puedes evitarlos mejor.
The machine is wonderful, but the customer service is an absolute nightmare. In person they take care of you relatively well but the follow-up is terrible, you almost have to go again to be listened to. They made a mistake, they treated me badly and it still took almost a week to solve something small. If you can avoid them better.

It is a place where you learn tips, if you already have your robot. The atmosphere is great, I spent my birthday and they gave me a gift and even in the morning they sang to me.
