★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron el equipo con golpes grandes y con tubos pasando agua. A un mes de instalado aún no me reemplazan el equipo. Falta de interés de la empresa. No recomendable.
The equipment was handed over to me with big blows and with pipes passing water. After one month of installation, they still haven't replaced my equipment. Lack of interest from the company. Not recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using Thermosol for my hot water supply but also am heating my pool with a variation of the heaters. Thermosol is a superior product, the proof is in how many more years they have been in business then their 5 year guaranty. Their competitors (and guaranty) simply keep disappearing and reappearing under new names.
The pool heaters are incredible, they need way less roof area and unlike the regular flat heaters are not affected by air temperatures, in fact they will still fully function in freezing temperatures while flat heaters can actually cool the water. Product quality, service and superior technology: all 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 year system. Copper condenser tubes corroded and caused big mess. Octavio in first year replaced the condensers with stainless steel. Problem occurred after 4 months with stainless steel. 3rd time, Octavio said it was my fault for having acidic water plus no more maintenance but will give me back half my money which does not include repairs and painting to house.
