★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el día me estuve comunicando con la señorita para rentarme un carro a una tarifa que ella confirmó por medio de mensaje. Mi viaje sería en la mañana pero esperamos hasta las 3 pm ya que ellos dijeron q estaría para ese momento. All llegar, el dueño Edmundo se portó muy grosero con nosotros y no quiso honorar la tarifa que la señorita nos había dado hasta el dijo que se lo descontaría del salario de ella. En medio de la conversación el se fue sin avisar y llevándose las llaves del carro que rentaríamos y sin avisar a la señorita que el se había ido con las llaves del carro y sin dejarnos rentarlo. Perdimos nuestro tiempo y viaje pero estoy muy contenta de no haber dado mi dinero a una persona mal educada, que actuó muy inmaduramente, me hizo perder mi tiempo y no tomo acción como dueño de un negocio y tratando de cobrarle a la señorita por el error.
No recomiendo este lugar para nada, es más caro que otras opciones y al dueño no le importan sus clientes.
All day I was communicating with the lady to rent a car at a rate that she confirmed by means of a message. My trip would be in the morning but we waited until 3 pm as they said it would be for that moment. Upon arrival, the owner Edmundo behaved very rude to us and did not want to honor the rate that the lady had given us until he said he would deduct it from her salary. In the middle of the conversation he left without notifying and taking the keys of the car that we would rent and without notifying the lady that he had left with the keys of the car and without letting us rent it. We lost our time and travel but I am very glad that I did not give my money to a poorly educated person, who acted very immaturely, wasted my time and did not take action as a business owner and trying to charge Miss for the mistake .
I do not recommend this place at all, it is more expensive than other options and the owner does not care about his clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lugar tan nefasto reservas con anticipación desde muy temprano y te hacen esperar para la entrega hasta en la tarde noche para que salgan con cualquier pretexto y no te lo entregan por trámites absurdos de que se cerro el sistema o que el sistema no los deja y solo te hacen perder tu tiempo

Then came back and parked his car in the garage and left with the rental car. He cant be trusted and acted very childish. Gave the responsibility to the girl that's working at the desk! And blame her for the fault. We had to leave without a car and couldn't go on with our trip for that day! The very very worst expierence in car rentals ever!!
