El sistema de estudio es muy ameno al usuario. Los coaches son muy jóvenes y muchos de ellos tienen un muy buen nivel pero sobre todo saben hacer amenas las clases de conversación. Sus asesorías son claras y bien dirigidas al aprendizaje. Las chicas que apoyan por whatsapp son sumamente amables y empáticas con las necesidades de los usuarios. Cuando está en sus manos apoyar, lo hacen. La plataforma para ahora agendar las sesiones le da mayor dinamismo, aunque ya no hay contacto con personal humano. Me gustaría que el sistema pudiera ofrecer la opción de seleccionar alguna clase de última hora, dadas los horarios laborales que tengo.
