★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Materiales todo bien, en atención, no contestan las llamadas, y por whats tardas más de una hora literal para que puedas cerrar un pedido. Me pasó que cuando cotice un material si había, y cuando me contestaron con el precio para depositar ya se había gastado.
In Materials everything is fine, attention, they do not answer calls, and by whats it takes more than a literal hour for you to close an order. It happened to me that when I quote a material if there was, and when they answered me with the price to deposit it had already been spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen material económico y muy bueno, pero al menos en Mérida no tienen stock y la atención es muy mala, no tienen número para contactar directamente en la sucursal, por WhatsApp no contestan, cuando logras contactar te dicen que si tienen el material y cuando llegas ya no lo tienen.
They have cheap and very good material, but at least in Mérida they don't have stock and the service is very bad, they don't have a number to contact directly at the branch, they don't answer on WhatsApp, when you manage to contact they tell you if they have the material and when you arrive they no longer have it.
