Pero lo peor es su estructura organizacional, atención al cliente deficiente, nula capacidad de respuesta para un simple trámite de inscripción, 3 meses para poder realizar la inscripción y al final nadie te da solución, no hay correo electrónico en la página a la cual dirigirse y escalar los problemas, Buscas la dirección académica de la Universidad y te dan nombres diferentes de la persona en cuestión. En los planteles solo está la gente que da informes para inscribirte pero no te saben dar más respuesta que los costos y las supuestas fechas para iniciar. Busque como entrar a la plataforma virtual y servidores deficientes.
En fin, Todo un fraude.

Te ofrecen colegiaturas congeladas al inscribirte, una vez que estás ahí te dicen que el plazo venció, muestran su "generosidad y apoyo" aumentando el costo de reincorporación si quieres conservar tu beca y seguir pagando lo mismo. Empiezas pagando $290 por reincorporación pero después debes pagar $470.
Si tienes algún problema NUNCA lo solucionan, te pasan de persona en persona diciéndote "es que ya no trabaja aquí" y debes pasar tu situación al que sigue y al que sigue.
Si quieres darte de baja debido a que no te agradó el lugar, mal trato por parte del personal etc. No te la harán válida, debes aceptar toda la culpa para que sea aceptada.
Si quieres tu documentación de regreso, debes pagar $2,220 por ellos, si no no te los dan.
MAL SERVICIO, MAL TRATO, PESIMA ATENCIÓN, TOTAL FRAUDE!!!
NO SE INSCRIBAN!
Mejor hagan que su tiempo y dinero valga la pena y vayan a otra universidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy mala experiencia con esta institución, despues de que ellos cometieron el error en mi preoceso de inscripción, solo se hechan la bolita unos y otros, como ellos no solucionan tendre que llegar a los instancia pertientes en la profeco ya que nunca se dio el servicio que se contrato.
