★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIRE expérience de location de voiture a vie.Pour commencé j ai loué la voiture en ligne et avais pris une assurance en extra arrivé la bas elle me disait que je devais prendre une autre assurance alors on n a acheté une autre assurance.ensuite on fait le tour de la voiture qui était déjà pocké tout le tour Ah oui c est vrai on n a attendu 45minutes sur le coin avant d avoir la voiture.MAIS c est en revenant que les problèmes on commencé elle a refais le tour de la voiture et a vue une pocke la grosseur d une tête d aiguille qui était déjà là d ailleurs elle a essayé de nous faire signé des rapports d accident et voulais 1200 pesos cash.mon conjoint à refusé car on avais 3 assurances sur la voiture celle de la carte de crédit celle acheté en ligne Plus celle qu'elle nous a vendu donc on lui devait rien on n à demandé à parlé à son superviseur au téléphone mon conjoint lui a demandé si c était le king de la crosse et qu il aurait à dealer avec la plainte fais à à visa ben deviner quoi on n était assuré et elle s excusais la madame. Maintenant on ce bat avec rentalcar et veule rien faire. J ai fais le tour du Mexique et cozumel il te vole carrément avec le sourire partout
WORST car rental experience in life. To start, I rented the car online and had taken out extra insurance. When it arrived, she told me that I had to take out another insurance, so we bought another insurance. Then we did the tour of the car which was already pocked all around Ah yes it's true we waited 45 minutes on the corner before getting the car. BUT it was when we came back that the problems started she went around the car again and saw a pocket the size of a needle head who was already there she tried to get us to sign accident reports and wanted 1200 pesos cash. my spouse refused because we had 3 insurances on the car that of the credit card the one bought online Plus the one she sold us so we owed her nothing we didn't ask to speak to her supervisor on the phone my spouse asked him if he was the king of lacrosse and that he would have to deal with the complaint guess what o n was assured and she apologized to the lady. Now we fight with rentalcar and want to do nothing. I went around Mexico and cozumel, he robs you with a smile everywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came on a cruise ship and wanted just to rent the cheapest car we could for the day to get around. As we approached this Dollar Rent a Car/Thrifty, we were offered cars for $95 a day which is ridiculous and obviously an attempt to take advantage of the tourists. We made an online reservation for an automatic car and it was $20 for the day. When we got there, they refused to honor the reservation claiming that they did not have any cars which doesn't make any sense because the website allowed us to book it. We felt that they were trying their best to take advantage of us because of course they had the $95 a day car, but not the one we had a reservation for. They are trying to scam tourists here and it isn't correct. When I made a complaint to Dollar Rent a Car, they did nothing so let it be known you are on your own if anything bad happens to you at this location. I wouldn't rent anything from this place nor would I go back to Cozumel, there are other cities in Mexico which are wonderful and aren't just trying to rip you off.
