ME CLONARON LA TARJETA. LA USE PARA QUE ME HICIERAN LA RETENCION POR LA RENTA DEL CARRO. Y AL TERMINAR LA RENTA, ME LLEGO UN CARGO AL DIA SIGUIENTE POR UN RECARGO EN HERMOSILLO POR 13 MIL PESOS. (DE UNA FUNERARIA O ALGO ASI) NO RENTEN CON ELLOS.

FATAL SERVICIO NO RENTES 3 horas tardaron para darme el carro y al final me cobro el doble de mi reserva que por que no tenia carros y me tenia que cobrar más por darme un mejor carro. Cuando tienen que darte la opción gratis por no tener carro. De nada me sirvió pagar antes y reservar una semana antes. Fatal servicio

Yes, they lure you in with low 'daily' rates, and don't tell you about the fact that they will not release the car unless you buy real expensive insurance. And they also don't tell you that they do not honor the rates proposed online either. "Here, in Hermosillo, we don't do that" they say. This is seriously annoying and very poor business ethics. They keep doing it nevertheless. And they have been doing this over the years. It does not matter to them one bit. Am so disgusted with them, got no words to describe it....

worst experience ever had ,standing up for 3 hours ,bad customer service, so disappointing ,not honest ,fraud and unprofessional . briefly ,made reservation throw my membership American express gold for delta and the price had discount but when you get here ,you end up paying same as in any other agency because they will charge you taxes ,higher insurance ,high deposit . The agent didn’t disclose anything to me when asked me to signe the contract ,price is different then what we talked about . manager canceled my reservation when i refused to pay 1500$(usd) 30.000 pesos for deposed . it seams there is no low or guide line for this company . there is others agency in airport ,they lost 3 customers today just in front of me and i’m sure more everyday . save money ,time and have a SEAT in other agency there ,their office is after the security check ,so you have to do everything standing up in front of the exit door . The best part ,The supervisor (your girl ) came to me in the end of transaction bring paper to sign ,had food sports on her clothes ,on her face ! very good impression !!!! clean your self before talking to your customer pls

Very deceiving. Made reservation on line for a premium as they call it fo a week they quoted me 110. Called location a week before to be aware of any hidden fees and i was advised that insurance was not included. Asked for price the told me a deductible one was 28 and 59 fo a non deductible one per day. Then ask if that was in pesos and they said yes. That the amount was in pesos. Went in to get reservation and they charge me a ridiculous amount ask why. They said that it was because insurance was 59 us dollars pers day. I said i called before and played recording because i record business transactions and they said no sir that is wrong. So in end that price is just a hook to over charge you on insurance. Beware
