★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hicimos reservación y no nos la respetaron, no nos contestaron por la noche, tuvimos que gastar en hotel porque el carro no estaba disponible, llegamos al siguiente día y nos dicen que no tenemos pagado el servicio cuando si está pagado, pésimo servicio, no renten en Thristy, eviten ese servicio, hay muchos otros mejores, no se dejen engañar por promociones, son falsas, una vez estando en la oficina, dichas promociones no tienen validez, los empleados alegan que ellos no pueden hacer nada como si se tratara de dos compañías diferentes (reservaciones y oficina), todo es una trampa para que rentes con ellos lo que tengan disponible al precio que ellos te quieran dar, porque por lo regular ya estarás retrasado en tu agenda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo definitivamnete.. nos dijeron iba haber alguien en el aeropuerto y no había nadie.. tardaron 40 min en contestar.. el carro si era nuevo pero tenía motor de moto.. les pedí extender el.contrato con el mismo precio dijeron que si y que abrían a las 5 am... fui no abrían si no a las 7 los llamé y me dijeron no hay problema solo que NO era el precio que yo tenía sino no como el doble y que tenía que ir hasta el aeropuerto... en fin mis vacaciones de 4 días me la pasé haciendo vueltas al aeropuerto... PESSSIIIMMMOOOO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, son un fraude, hice reserva para el 22 al 25 de noviembre por $5,278.09 y al llegar me salen con una cuenta de $12,800.00 qué el seguro no está incluído, éso es un gran robó, estafa, thrifty, alamo y avis, son la misma empresa, utilizan el mismo sistema para robar, me comentaba el empleado que los dueños los inducen a ésto, para que ganen más comisiones, al final y ya bastante enojado quedó en $6,200.00 con seguro para manejar en Estados Unidos de América, luego me di cuenta, que su seguro normal ya incluye el seguro en USA, Profeco que esperan para otorgarles una gran multa, ésto no es de ahora, ya tienen años robando a los usuarios.
