★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If zero stars was an option that’s what I would pick. We waited 4 hours for a rental in the beaming heat without food or water. They tried to hustle us into buying insurance. They tried to sell us tours. It’s just too much after a long tiring flight having to argue and fight with these employees. We lost a whole day of vacation because of this place. Beware of every fee on your paperwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and staff! We wait for 2 hours in the sun as they didn’t have what we booked and payed in advance. They disappeared from the main desk and left us and the other clients waiting while the main part of the employees where outside having a chat. DON’T BOOK HERE if you don’t want to ruin your holiday!
