Fue muy profesional y me dio un diagnóstico exacto de los dos problemas que tenía mi auto (cambio de compresor del aire acondicionado uno de ellos) el precio fue más que justo y mucho mejor que en la agencia. Fue muy confiable y 3 semanas después no he tenido ningún problema con mi vehículo, muy recomendado.
Excellent service from Alex. He was very professional and gave me an exact diagnosis of the two problems that my car had (change of the air conditioning compressor, one of them) the price was more than fair and much better than in the agency. Estando de visita en Playa del Carmen
Necesite de un mecánico pues el automóvil de mi papá una persona jubilada se abría sobrecalentado.
Alexis nos dio un diagnóstico el cual constaba de : cambio de juntas, rectificación de cabezas , cambio banda del tiempo . El costo ascendía a 18000 pesos acordamos repararlo sin ninguna reparo
El automóvil nunca quedó bien ?? a los dos meses todo lo que Alexis
“ arreglo” se tubo que volver a reparar nunca acepto su responsabilidad
NO GARANTIZA SU TRABAJO
Acudimos a las autoridades correspondientes pero como siempre no pasó nada ( nos pidieron dinero)
Y decidimos dejar las cosas en paz.
Al final le robó el catalizador al carro
ALEXIS NO GARANTIZA SU TRABAJO Y ROBA LAS PIEZAS
(Me documenté muy bien antes de ir a reclamar mi garantía para ver si yo tenía culpa en parte , pero no , todos los mecánicos me dieron la razón La Banda fue mal ajustada es culpa del mecánico .
Estoy a la orden de quien quiera oír de viva voz mi versión con pruebas para que no sean víctimas de Alexis)

While visiting Playa del Carmen
I needed a mechanic because my dad's car, a retired person, opened overheated.
Alexis gave us a diagnosis which consisted of: change of joints, rectification of heads, change of time band. The cost amounted to 18,000 pesos, we agreed to repair it without any repairs.
The car never looked good ?? at two months everything Alexis
"Fix" had to be repaired I never accept responsibility

We went to the corresponding authorities but as always nothing happened (they asked us for money)
And we decided to leave things alone.
