La variedad de ensaladas em el menú es buena pero ya presentada no es agradable, los crutones con demasiado aceite que se queda el sabor en la boca ? y cuando los tomé para observarlos los dedos quedaron muy embarrados también. Bebidas básicas, el frappé chai ligeramente dulce pero pasable.
La presentación de la mesera era mala, el cabello en la cara y la coleta con mala presentación, el cubreboca no le cubría la nariz y se lo agarraba a cada rato. Su atención buena pero equis. Agradecería más higiene en el establecimiento.
Lo rescatable es que cuentan con juegos de mesa que hacen distraerte un poco de todo lo malo. Precios muy accesibles.
Basically it is eating salad or something with bread, there is no more. The redeemable thing is that they have board games that distract you a bit from everything bad. Very affordable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andábamos caminando por Vertiz buscando un lugarcito agradable para comer. Desde que lo vimos nos encantó y decidimos darle la oportunidad. Eramos 4, así que nos quedó perfecta su mesita de la entrada. Pedimos una botellita de vino, un menú del día con tortitas de plátano para mi mamá, una hamburguesa y un par de sándwiches. Todo estuvo muy rico y sobre todo el maravilloso servicio. La verdad lo pasamos muy bien. Muchas gracias!!
We were walking around Vertiz looking for a nice little place to eat. Since we saw it, we loved it and decided to give it a try. There were 4 of us, so his entrance table was perfect. We ordered a bottle of wine, a menu of the day with banana pancakes for my mother, a hamburger and a couple of sandwiches. Everything was very tasty and especially the wonderful service. We really had a great time. Thanks a lot!!

No recomiendo este lugar, su mesera es muy grosera y no supo darnos alternativas ni soluciones a un mal entendido, llevó al gerente de mala forma y el “gerente” que resultó ser el dueño se comportó tan nefasto, déspota e irrespetuoso, en lugar de atender el problema con la mesera se puso a gritarnos y sacar tantas cosas fuera de contexto que nos hizo sentir inseguros y desconfiados de volver. Una pena que traten así a las personas.
Lousy customer service. I do not recommend this place, its waitress is very rude and did not know how to give us alternatives or solutions to a misunderstanding, she took the manager in a bad way and the "manager" who turned out to be the owner behaved so nefarious, despotic and disrespectful, instead of Addressing the problem with the waitress started yelling at us and taking so many things out of context that it made us feel insecure and distrustful of coming back. It's a shame they treat people like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato por parte de la mesera muchas quejas de su trabajo, muchas excusas y muy grosera, cero habilidades del servicio al cliente. La mesera te avienta los platos al ponerlos en la mesa, te hace caras cuando le pides algo y te contesta en un tono nefasto. Los tiempos de espera pueden ser muy largos, la comida puede ser buena o pueden llevarte tu pechuga cruda ??♀️ pero si es así o se equivocan con tu plato mejor no reclamen o el dueño podría salir a tratarte peor.
Terrible treatment by the waitress, many complaints about her work, many excuses and very rude, zero customer service skills. The waitress throws your plates when you put them on the table, makes faces at you when you ask for something and answers you in a nefarious tone. Waiting times can be very long, the food can be good or they can take your raw breast ??♀️ but if that's the case or they make a mistake with your dish, better not complain or the owner could treat you worse.
