El local es súper bonito, moderno luego me llamo la atención, pero el servicio es horrible I did not like anything…. My hair was horrible! And makeup too. The place is super nice, modern then it caught my attention, but the service is horrible

Poco ético que un salón se haga llamar profesional y arruine el cabello de sus clientas. (No me comentaron nada y yo hasta mi casa pude ver lo horrible que me dejaron). Fui a reclamar a su salón, no supieron resolverme, me decían que ellos me lo arreglaban, pero nadie con inteligencia dejaría que alguien que arruinó y quemó su cabello lo volviera a tocar. Marqué de nuevo y su respuesta fue "no voy a poder hacer nada" ni mi dinero me regresaron, ni una disculpa. Espero que no le vuelvan a hacer esto a nadie. Terrible work, my hair was ruined, my hair was left in two shades for leaving me more time than necessary peroxide (white burned the back). It is unethical for a salon to call itself professional and ruin the hair of its clients. (They did not mention anything to me and I could see how horrible they left me). I went to claim their room, they did not know how to solve me, they told me they would fix it, but nobody with intelligence would let someone who ruined and burned his hair touch him again. I dialed again and his response was "I will not be able to do anything" or my money returned, nor an apology. I hope you do not do this again to anyone.

Y uno de sus estilistas me daño el pelo, me lo quemo, y me lo dejo de color naranja. Estefania la dueña, amablemente me dijo que me iba aplicar el tratamiento final. Estuve comunicandome con ella por whats y se hace la sorda, me deja en visto. Y ese tratamiento lo pague, da mucho coraje. El lugar esta hermoso, pero sus estilistas son malisimos. Si quieren pedirse algo ahí vayan con ERE, es la única que le sabe. Pero deja mucho que desear la atención al cliente. Estefania, the owner, kindly told me that she was going to apply the final treatment. I was communicating with her by whats and she plays deaf, she leaves me on seen. And pay for that treatment, it gives a lot of courage. The place is beautiful, but their stylists are terrible. If you want to order something there, go to ERE, it's the only one who knows. But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

En el paquete incluye peinado, maquillaje, aperitivos y mimosas! El día de mi boda me sentí muy mimada por el equipo de Manuel todos muy amables y atentos. A todas les gusto su maquillaje y peinado.
