★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El plan de alimentación, los cuidados y las instalaciones son muy buenas. Alguien de la familia trabaja ahí y puedo constatar que es una lugar excelente para el cuidado de los pequeños.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los procedimientos (alimentación, higiene, seguridad) son buenos; su trato hacia el derechohabiente y su compromiso con sus niños son malos; como muchas guarderías participativas tratan a padres y niños NO como clientes si no como números parte de un sistema de subrogación, su compromiso solo es con el IMSS, sus reportes de logros e incidencias de los niños son 97% de quejas sobre los infantes y el resto de uno q otro logro. Esto se nota por qué lo único que les apremia es cuando alguien pone una queja en la coordinación de guarderías, ahí si se ponen firmes. Cuentan con algunas muy buenas educadoras se nota su compromiso con los niños, incluso mayor que las lideres, aunque les pagan poco para el esfuerzo que requiere un trabajo como el suyo.

Me la entregaron traumatizada su semblante lo decía todo y solo la deje 4 horas uno conoce a sus hijos sabe cuando algo anda mal.
Segunda cosa la ropa sucia parecía que la hubieran metido en una tina de agua y aparte de eso en vez de ponerla en las bolsas negras que YO MANDE PARA ROPA SUCIA me la echaron con toda su ropa limpia se imaginarán MAL TRATO A LOS NIÑOS Y APARTE COCHINAS. Y no me entregaron sus cosas completas faltaron dos baberos .
Fue suficiente un día para no volver a querer pararme en esa guardería
