★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó la experiencia porque hay muchos productores ofreciendo directamente sus productos. Puedes encontrar pan, huevos, café, miel, agua, hongos, diferentes tipos de hortalizas tanto hidropónicas como de cultivo en tierra, guisados diversos (incluyendo tacos) etc. Al parecer es una iniciativa que está llevando a cabo la presidencia del municipio, en la que se le enseña a la gente, mediante cursos de capacitación, a producir vegetales sin utilizar agroquímicos. También pueden acceder a algunos beneficios como la obtención de un invernadero.
Lo único que no me gustó es que la mayoría de los vendedores utilizan artículos desechables para entregar los productos que ofrecen, principalmente unicel y vasos de plástico, algo totalmente incongruente con el mensaje que intentan transmitir y con el nombre del tianguis, que presume de ser "sustentable", ojalá mejoren ese aspecto.
 I liked the experience because there are many producers offering their products directly. You can find bread, eggs, coffee, honey, water, mushrooms, different types of both hydroponic and land-grown vegetables, various stews (including tacos) etc. Apparently it is an initiative that is being carried out by the presidency of the municipality, in which people are taught, through training courses, to produce vegetables without using agrochemicals. They can also access some benefits such as obtaining a greenhouse.
The only thing I didn't like is that most of the vendors use disposable items to deliver the products they offer, mainly Styrofoam and plastic cups, something totally inconsistent with the message they are trying to convey and with the name of the tianguis, which presumes to be "sustainable", hopefully they improve that aspect.
