★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chinconcuac is a commercial town of the state of Mexico, they sell and manufacture clothes. Basically it's a very big Flea Market where you can eat, buy stuff and realize how mexicans work.
People is very nice almost all of the time, they call you "cliente" (customer) when they're talking to you (kind of strange but that's what they do).
I recomend you to get here in the morning and have breakfast, they serve "cecina" and many variations of "quesadillas". Everything will be tasty and cheap .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it you found good stuff and the food is amazing. Very busy place but if you are looking for a mexican gaban, blankets or sweaters made with wool this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large clothing market blocks and blocks long. Most of the clothing is off brand or copies. However, tpu can get some great deals on traditional Mexican wool sweaters, sarapes and blankets. The vendors are willing to haggle so enjoy the process! Also, lots of places to eat your favorite tlacoyos or barbacoa. My favorite part of the market was the scooter taxis. We had walked and walked from one end of the market to the other and decided to pay for a ride back to our car at the main entrance. That was the best 20 pesos spent! The scooter pulls a small 2 seater chariot that is covered for shade. Keep your eyes out for these. They're a great deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for good price on any kind of clothing , bathroom towels , blankets, bed sheets Chiconcuac is the place. Down side. Is parkings and is extremely crowded. Avoid weekends. ATM machine is available @downtown local bank 5 minutes away from the main entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best marked for clothes! Mostly normal clothes, but also some traditional mexican clothes. Prices are cheap and people are friendly. Paved roads and lots of food and drinks available.
Clothes for babies, children, teens and adults. Many items already have prices, but if you feel like it you can always try to bargain.
