★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buenos productos chinos a precios accesibles, PERO desde el gerente hasta el personal de vigilancia son por decir lo menos NEFASTOS… esta podría ser una mucho mejor empresa si cuidara la calidad en el trato que le dan a sus clientes
 They have good Chinese products at affordable prices, BUT from the manager to the security staff they are to say the least EVIL... this could be a much better company if it took care of the quality in the treatment they give their customers

The place is lucky, however when paying at the cashier they want you to pay them with change. Exact. Very bad for the company.

según ellos solo trabajan hasta las seis, sí es así deberían actualizar su horario porque únicamente te hacen perder el tiempo creyendo que alcanza uno a llegar.
It closes before the hours indicated on its website, I arrived at 18:15 and they denied me access. AND
according to them they only work until six, if that is the case they should update their schedule because they only make you waste time believing that one is enough to arrive.

Ojalá mejoren la atención al cliente, desde el que está en la entrada, la de paquetería, los de cajas y el que revisa el ticket
I like the things they have and sell, but the attention to the public and the service is lousy.
Hopefully they improve customer service, from the one at the entrance, the parcel, the cashiers and the one who checks the ticket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención ya no puedes ni sacar tu celular por que piensan que tomas fotos.. Y si no quieren que los cliente tomen fotos mejor tapen su mercancía o escondanla.... Muchos mandamos fotos para que tambien escojan algún producto.
Terrible customer service you can't even take out your cell phone because they think you take photos... And if they don't want customers to take photos, they better cover their merchandise or hide it.... Many of us send photos so that they can also choose a product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA TIENDA En primer lugar: los guardias de seguridad de la empresa "Black Dog" son muy prepotentes y groseros. Segundo, los precios de los artículos NO están actualizados en su sistema y para colmo, cuando haces una devolución el Gerente se tarda horas en realizar la devolución del dinero. Y tercero, algunos artículos son de procedencia China de mala calidad. No recomiendo comprar en la tienda Sucursal Isabel La Católica.
AWFUL STORE First of all: the security guards of the "Black Dog" company are very pushy and rude. Second, the prices of the items are NOT updated in their system and to top it off, when you make a return the Manager takes hours to refund the money. And third, some items are of poor quality Chinese origin. I do not recommend buying at the Isabel La Católica branch store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de el personal de seguridad ? ( si así ,se le puede llamar ) resulta que no puedes entrar con tu uniforme de trabajo.? Hoy me negaron el acceso por traer mandil y filipina esa es una forma de discriminación ? ya que cerca habemos personas que trabajamos y nos damos el tiempo de salir a comprar .
Te hacen sentir como un ladrón.
Jamás vuelvo a comprar ahí tienen mucha variedad y me gustaba ir pero deben capacitar mejor a sus supuestos vigilantes porque se supone que para eso están ? no para hacerte sentir mal y perder clientes
No saben dirigirse a las personas y mucho menos pedir las cosas con sutileza.

They make you feel like a thief.
I never go back to buy there they have a lot of variety and I liked to go but they must train their so-called vigilantes better because they are supposed to be there ? not to make you feel bad and lose customers
