The pizza isn't fresh it's frozen ..the waiter was extremely ride kept asking for a tip

Good for lunch / dinner place. Good service and not expensive.

The pizza is really good but the service is bad, the cashier is always mad and no have idea how to be friendly

It's a typical tiberius and it feels like the pizza was frozen before. The waiter was a little rude for my taste.

They sure take their sweet time preparing it, we waited for over half an hour for a pizza and some kind of pasta thing. It was all delicious though and they were very kind when addressing our issues with the waiting.

Poor service, small servings, high prices.

There were already some bad reviews which we ignored because we were so close at the hotel. My husband had a individual pizza and said it was fine. I had a salad and tried to get chicken added to it and it became a disaster. I think partially because the guy working there was new, but also it just wasn't handled properly at all. A manager was sitting right there the whole time and watched it all happen and didn't come over until the very end when we were questioning the bill and trying to figure out what we were being charged. It shouldn't be that complicated to add chicken to a salad, it should actually be on the menu already. But I received the salad and there was no chicken and I told the waiter and he just looked at the salad and walked away. Because I don't speak Spanish very well and he didn't seem to understand us, I thought maybe the chicken was still coming but it never did. I told him again there was no chicken on my salad and he looked at it again and eventually decided to try to do something about it. It was a whole mess and the chicken was not very much, cut in pieces and all dried up and in the end we got charged 68 pesos just to add chicken. Basically the salad is already overpriced and then to add chicken was a bit too much. Oh and I forgot to mention the dressing is not really vinaigrette I don't know what it was, but I don't think they put the vinegar in there. An Italian restaurant should have a good vinaigrette salad dressing. Will not return to this restaurant.
