Compramos una recarecá que ellos sabían estaba defectuosa, nunca nos buscaron para solucionarlo al contrario, no contesta llamadas el gerente ni mensajes actualmente estoy solicitando el reembolso pero el personal en sitio sólo indica que no están capacitados. Ojo los dueños con este personal. Poor attention from the person and management. We bought a recarecá that they knew was defective, they never looked for us to solve it on the contrary, they do not answer calls * the manager * nor messages I am currently requesting the refund but the staff on site only indicates that they are not trained.
