★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, 2 días y no he logrado recolectar mis boletos, que me cuenta esta bloqueada cuando ya tienen mi pago, personal déspota y no explican nada.
 Very bad experience, 2 days and I have not been able to collect my tickets, which tells me it is blocked when they already have my payment, despotic staff and they do not explain anything.

They deserve less than a star, poor quality service, the staff is not trained to solve problems, it is arrogant and just like the other comments they say ´Do not come to print your tickets here´

TERRIBLE FOR YOUR LIVERPOOL EMPLOYEES, THEY SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE PEOPLE WHO FACE THE CUSTOMER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta ubicado en la esquina contraria del smart fit, tienes que entrar al Liverpool y bajar por el sótano. Se supone yo podía pasar a recoger los boletos pero pues eso les vale y aún así tiene que ir la persona que pago (con la tarjeta) así que básicamente no importa si te pusieron en persona para recoger los boletos, a menos que lleves la tarjeta con la que pago la persona, así que si la tarjeta es virtual olvídate, no te va a dejar recogerlos, son unos groseros ;/
It is located in the opposite corner of the smart fit, you have to enter Liverpool and go down through the basement. I was supposed to be able to pick up the tickets but that's enough for them and the person who paid (with the card) still has to go so basically it doesn't matter if they put you in person to pick up the tickets, unless you have the card with which the person pays, so if the card is virtual forget it, it will not let you pick them up, they are rude ;/
