Jamás había visto tanta incompetencia en un solo lugar. No se puede pagar aquí porque no funciona la terminal y no me pueden prestar ninguna y yo no le sé. Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo ponerle menos.

Llegué 10 minutos antes de las 4:00pm y me forme, pero me dijeron que el encargado se iba a comer a las 4 y regresaría a las 5:00pm. No entiendo porque no ponen a alguien más a cubrir en lo que la otra persona va a comer o se toma un descanso, éramos al rededor de 10 personas en la fila y nos hicieron que nos retiraramos.

Pésimo servicio. No vendan a recoger sus boletos aquí, tardas años en que te atiendan. Vayan mejor a otro lugar. Pésimo!!

Pésimo servicio, sólo hay una persona atendiendo, el sistema es lento, el trato fue déspota, la fila larga y además no te resuelven ninguna duda porque no saben nada, se deslindan diciendo que eso no se los han hecho de su conocimiento. Definitivamente ticketmaster tiene el peor servicio.

Muy mal servicio. Primero...llegue a las 11:20 am y me hicieron esperar hasta las 12:00 con mala cara. Pregunte por mis boletos que queria comprar y solo me dijeron: si hay disponibles de todos lugares...y le pregunte, puedes mostrarme mapa del teatro....y su respuesta fue....no tengo, no me han mandafo y el sistema no lo da. Ya le dije bueno vi unos boletos con el costo tal.....y los buscó y me dice, tu pago como es? Yo le conteste con tarjeta y ne dice pues prrsentamela para hacer el cobro....y le dije oye pero que numero de asiento o donde o como? Y me contesto DE MUY MALA GANA....pues esis me artoja el sistema.....QUE PESIMO SERVICIO. PARA RECOMENDARLOS!!!!! los compre y me los da y le digo: tienes un sobre? Y su respuesta....NO TENGO!!!!!! ZAZ

Solo una persona atiende lo de ticketmaster y nunca está. Para que consideren ir a otro lugar mejor y no perder su tiempo yendo a este lugar. Y la señora que está para dar informes tiene la peor atención al cliente. Y solo fui a preguntar.
