★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience. The woman that worked there did her best to give us the worst time possible. A few locals that spoke English came to help us and even called the head office to sort our problem out. But even after our call with head office had been sorted out, the lady refused to help. May you burn in hell, lady. I will see you there.

We are supposed to Pick up the Tickets 3 days in advance? That's not possible - I am not in Mexico 3 days in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel working have a bad attitude all the time. They won’t help you after 8pm. The waiting time is ridiculous. Went there got in line for 2 hours and as soon as 8pm hit they stopped taking care of customers. I didn’t get my tickets, had to come back the next day and wait another hour in line. They also don’t print out Soccer game tickets unless they’re for the Mexico International Team.

If you think you've saved money or wifi inconvenience with the will call option, you are 50% right. $40 to download on your app or $25 to pick up at will call? It's actually $35. You are charged $10 to get your tickets after being charged online.
I'm sure there's a reason but seriously that $10 after standing in line for an hour is like pouring tajin and lime into a wound. It stings.
