Había veces dónde no lo encontraba y la persona que atendía sonaba grosera. Y pues cuando consegui hablar con el resultaba que no estaban las piezas que necesitaba. Se mandaron pedir pero no te marcan para ver si llegaron. Lo peor es que días después marque para ver si ya estaban y no me supo responder. Me comentó que afuerza tenía que ir para ver ¿Que no era lo mismo checarlo en ese momento? Al final me fui a la Huawei Store de Saltillo. Recibí una atención 1000 veces mejor y mi teléfono quedó como nuevo. The attention is lousy. I wanted to repair my phone and the technician left a lot to be desired. He told me that maybe he had to go to see. Wasn't it the same to check it out at that time? In the end I went to the Huawei Store in Saltillo. I received 1000x better care and my phone is like new.
