Employees are inept. You order one product and they give you another. You take your ticket to have it changed and they tell you that it is not their problem. Poor guys who have no training in what they sell

Make sure the product is in stock before you come, They usually don't have their stock full, I came from afar to look for a gold spray paint and again they don't have it. This is the second time it has happened to me with different products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal a cargo de los vendedores (supervisor) tiene una pésima actitud, nada servicial, le solicité un producto, me dieron otro. Regrese a los 10 min para cambiarlo y me dijo que no era su problema, cuando ellos fueron los que me lo dieron mal. Te habla de una forma muy irrespetuosa y déspota.
The staff in charge of the vendors (supervisor) has a terrible attitude, not helpful at all, I asked for one product, they gave me another. I came back 10 minutes later to change it and he told me that it wasn't his problem, when they were the ones who gave it to me wrong. He speaks to you in a very disrespectful and despotic way.
