Haría mucha falta capacitación para atención al cliente. Peeeeeesimo service on the part of the workers, I really am sorry to mention it because it is not my intention to cause them more harm, but it really shows that they care very little about the attention they give to the clients. Training for customer service would be badly needed.

Regrese con la pintura equivocada a las 4pm del mismo día y aunque en su página web dice que estaba abierta, NO! Estaba cerrada y ni un leterero en la puerta con el horario. Un desastre total :( They sold me white paint instead of the black that I had ordered. On its page it indicates that it is open all day. I came back with the wrong painting at 4pm the same day and even though their website says it was open, NO! It was closed and not a sign on the door with the schedule. A total mess :(

t	trouveonline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store at 2:50. They were locking up the store. I asked when they closed. The woman said 4. I said it was not even 3. Very rude! Went back 3 days later. They were open but had no electricity. The clerk said they would deliver the paint to my house later on in the afternoon. They called at 4 for directions. Then again at 6. By 8 no one had shown up. I wrote and they responded that they had closed up the store and could not deliver. Really?

I went this Comex store after the nearby Doal and Berel in order to choose the best and most cost-effective paint for my new apartment. I received exceptional service, very patient in replying to all my doubts, explaining the pros and cons of product lines and of different sheens (matte, satinado, etc.), providing color cards to try on. I finally paid less than a half that I would have to pay with other shops as I saved the primer because the supreme coverage ability and texture of their Vinimex Total paints. Besides, they offer free home delivery and no problem to pay with credit card. I cannot be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend!!!
