D	Daniel Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de las pinturas y es super mala, compre una vez y no me engañan mas. Pinte el Departamento y se ve ya vea la pintura en 1 mes. La garantia es de menos de 6 meses y los precios son super caros. En Home Depot las pinturas son de alta calidad la garantia va de 5 años, 15 años y 30 años, eso demuestra que son buenas comparadas con las de Comex y los precios de Home Depot son mucho mejor que en Comex, por lo que no vuelvo a comprar a Comex ni un triste pincel. Otro de los factores para saber que Comex es mala es que la empresa Sherwin Williams iba a comprar Comex pero luego ya no lo hizo por la mala calidad y quejas de los clientes. Si no quieres que te estafen y tener en tu casa una pintura de baja calidad no confies en Comex, mejor ve a lo seguro con minimo 5 años de garantia en Home Depot. The quality of the paintings is super bad, buy once and they don't fool me anymore. Paint the Department and you can see the painting in 1 month. D	David León on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO OJO con sus compras, conmigo no venían las boquillas en las latas cosa que debería ser OBLIGATORIO y al ir a reclamar y haber tratado de usar una lata negra me empezaron a reclamar a mi por usar la lata que compré, yo solo pedí me dieran las boquillas no buscaba un cambio y su discurso en concreto fue un NO TENEMOS BOQUILLAS NO TE VAMOS A DAR NADA de un servicio que se supone deberían dar bien, pésima actitud para tratar clientes (persona calva en mostrador) y pésima distribución de los productos. Deberían aprender a ser responsables con sus productos. El señor que me "atendió", un señor demasiado grosero, (pasadito de peso para que lo ubiquen), casi le tuve que rogar que me dejara ver el muestrario de abanico que tiene para ver qué color era el más parecido al que quería, ya que lo llevaba de un libro que se llama "Detalles en La Arquitectura Mexicana". Me queda clarísimo que no se puede encontrar el color exacto, pero llevar el más parecido. Se portó tan grosero que mejor me fui. Creo que en estos tiempos no está uno para tratar tan mal a un cliente que iba a comprar pintura para 80 metros cuadrados y con aplanado serroteado. Qué diferencia de servicio de la Comex en Delfín Madrigal, donde el día que fui por un sólo galón, me atendieron muy amablemente y hasta me llevaron el galón a la camioneta, siendo que yo lo pude haber cargado perfectamente. He comprado con ellos ya varias veces y y siempre han tenido la actitud de estar haciendote el favor de venderte su producto. La ultima vez no pude ir directo a su tienda por una emergencia, y les marque' para pedir unos aerosoles a domicilio, y casi casi se indigna el don porque segun el la compra minima para "QUE VALGA LA PENA" es de 700 pesos, lo cual obviamente no es cierto. Y pues fue la ultima vez que me vieron ahi comprando, mas a parte voy a dejar esta reseña para que se les quite lo mamon. Las actitudes se regresan, mis estimados, y ahi lo tienen. NOTA IMPORTANTE: la Comex de Delfin Madrigal es una maravilla de tienda con excelente trato al cliente, buen surtido y cuentan con motos para entrega a domicilio.
