★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal quedó de brindarme servicio a domicilio y después de casi 4 horas de espera , tuve que ir a traer mi pedido a pesar de estar cerca de la tienda , quedaron en abrir a las 8:30 y también es mentira ya que llegan hasta casi las 9:00 . Mala experiencia
The staff was able to give me home service and after almost 4 hours of waiting, I had to go bring my order despite being close to the store, they were open at 8:30 and it is also a lie since they reach almost 9:00. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la tienda tienen muy buen servicio pero si me es molesto que se supone que puedo llamar a la tienda para hacer pedidos a domicilio y cuando llamo contestan después de 20 veces o de plano no contestan :( He llamado en diferentes horarios y casi siempre es lo mismo. Ojala puedan mejorar eso.
In the store they have very good service but if it bothers me that I am supposed to call the store to place orders at home and when I call they answer after 20 times or they do not answer flat :( I have called at different times and it is almost always the same, hopefully they can improve that.

Pedí un color y el sr en turno me puso muchos pretextos para no venderme la pintura, una lastima...
Terrible attention from the staff, there is a BEREL store next to this store for a reason.
