Acudí a comprar una cubeta de 19 litros de vinimex total (más de $3000 pesos), su máquina con la que preparan la pintura no funcionaba, le faltaba mantenimiento o simplemente no la sabían operar. Me cobraron la cubeta desde antes de empezar a preparar la pintura así que tuve que esperar 2 horas para que al final me cancelaran la compra. No recomiendo para nada esta sucursal, deja mucho que desear. Deben de invertir más en entrenar a su personal no solo a usar las herramientas sino también en cosas básicas de atención al cliente. Nadie del personal usa cubrebocas. No entiendo cómo una marca como COMEX da franquicia sin validar cosas mínimas, se quema como marca.
Terrible experience, poor customer service. I went to buy a 19-liter bucket of total vinimex (more than $3000 pesos), their machine with which they prepare the paint did not work, it lacked maintenance or they simply did not know how to operate it. They charged me for the bucket before I started preparing the paint, so I had to wait 2 hours for the purchase to be cancelled. I do not recommend this branch at all, it leaves a lot to be desired. They should invest more in training their staff not only to use the tools but also in basic customer service stuff. None of the staff wears a mask. I don't understand how a brand like COMEX grants a franchise without validating minimal things, it burns as a brand.
