Tardan hasta semana y media en entregar (cuando la promesa era al día siguiente) y los empleados (quienes se caracterizan por grises y obtusos) ofrecen el precio de catálago (el mas caro sugerido al público.)
Formerly this store was excellent. Now it's rubbish. They don't have many products. They take up to a week and a half to deliver (when the promise was the next day) and the employees (who are characterized by gray and obtuse) offer the catalog price (the most expensive suggested to the public.)
